Affordable Counselling

I have some vacancies for individual work during normal working hours between 8 a.m and 6 p.m. Monday thru' Friday. My fees are £45 for one hour and we would need to find a regular weekly slot that would work for both of us. You may pay weekly or monthly and BACS facility is available. Car parking is available.

I am willing to work with you on either a short term or longer term basis and will seek agreement on what it is that you wishing to work upon. If you find it helpful we can monitor and review progress.

I have extensive experience of working with a range of issues including bereavment and loss, depression, relationship problems, panic attacks, general anxiety, low self esteem, work issues and abuse.

I offer a safe, confidential environment and use a range of humanistic and integrative approaches to explore what you bring. In addition I may use a more focused CBT method where appropriate.
